- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don’t waste your time. The customer experience is horrible. I worked with two different agents for home and life insurance and both experiences were just completely unacceptable. Ryan messed up my home owners insurance by never having me sign the correct paperwork, causing a cancellation of policy notice and issues with my mortgage. Brad was unresponsive as I tried to purchase life insurance and the entire process took more than 2 months due to his inability to follow up.
